Accessibility Statement

Version 2026-08-25

Our conformance target, known limitations, and how to report an accessibility barrier.

Our commitment

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Health information is not optional reading, and an inaccessible health site excludes the people most likely to need it.

Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Accessibility is checked automatically as part of our build: every page is verified for a single main heading, correct heading order, a skip link, a main landmark, alternative text on every image, and text contrast meeting AA against its background. A page that fails does not ship.

Known limitations

Some third-party components we do not control — including the patient portal and checkout, which are operated by our clinical platform partner — may not meet the same standard. We raise issues with those providers when we find them.

Where an image is decorative it is hidden from assistive technology rather than given a description, which is deliberate.

Reporting a barrier

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, tell us: hello@longevix.io. Describe the page and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to explain what we can do and when.

If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.

Superseded versions of this document remain available at a dated URL so it is always possible to establish which terms applied on a given date.
