Payment & Billing Consent

Version 2026-08-25

Covers authorisation for recurring charges, billing cadence, card storage, failed payments and cancellation.

What you are authorising

When you begin a plan you authorise Longevix, and the payment processors acting on our behalf, to charge the payment method you provide for the starting charge and then for each renewal at the interval you selected, until you cancel.

This authorisation continues until you cancel or your account is closed.

What is charged and when

The starting charge is taken once, when you begin. It covers your baseline laboratory panel, the clinician evaluation, and your first month of medication where one is prescribed.

Membership then renews on the same date each period. Where a plan is prepaid quarterly or annually, the whole term is charged in advance at the discounted rate.

Prices are in US dollars. We do not bill insurance and do not submit claims on your behalf.

Card storage

Your card details are stored as a token by our payment processor, not on our systems. We can charge that token under this authorisation; we cannot read your card number.

You may update your payment method in your account at any time.

Failed payments

If a charge fails we will retry it and notify you. If it continues to fail, membership is paused — which means no further medication is dispatched — until payment succeeds. We do not send accounts to collections.

Cancellation

Cancel from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future charges. Refund treatment is set out in the Refund Policy.

Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact us at hello@longevix.io before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster, and a chargeback may suspend the account while it is investigated.

Superseded versions of this document remain available at a dated URL so it is always possible to establish which terms applied on a given date.
