Refund Policy

The starting charge

The charge to begin covers your baseline laboratory panel, the clinician evaluation, and your first month of medication where one is prescribed.

If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, the medication portion is refunded. The laboratory and evaluation portions are not refunded, because that work was performed and the results are yours — you can take them to another clinician.

Membership charges

Membership is billed in advance for the period you selected. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

Where a period has been billed but no medication has been dispensed and no clinical service performed for that period, contact us and we will review it.

Medication

Prescription medication cannot be returned or resold once dispatched. This is a legal restriction on dispensed prescriptions, not a commercial preference, and it applies regardless of whether the package has been opened.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit — including a temperature-controlled item that arrives warm — contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Prepaid terms

Quarterly and annual plans are discounted in exchange for commitment. If you cancel mid-term, the unused whole months are refunded at the monthly rate you would have paid without the prepay discount, less any months already served.

How to request a refund

Email hello@longevix.io from the address on your account, with your order reference and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contact us first — it is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
