Shipping Policy

Who ships your medication

Medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed pharmacies, not by Longevix. We coordinate the order and give you tracking; the pharmacy is the dispensing party.

Timing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of a prescription being issued, and delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days. Compounded preparations can take longer, because they are made for you rather than taken off a shelf.

Reorders on an active plan are scheduled ahead of your run-out date so there is room for a delay without a gap in treatment.

Packaging

Shipments are packaged discreetly. The exterior does not indicate the contents or the treatment category.

Temperature-sensitive medications ship with insulation and, where required, a cold pack. If a cold-chain item arrives warm, do not use it — contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Tracking and delivery

You will receive tracking when the pharmacy dispatches. Controlled substances require an adult signature on delivery; someone 18 or over must be present.

We ship only to addresses within states where the service is available. We cannot ship to a state where you are not located at the time of the order, and we cannot ship internationally or to a freight forwarder.

Problems

If tracking has not moved for several days, or a delivery is marked complete and nothing arrived, contact us and we will trace it with the pharmacy and carrier.

Do not change your dosing schedule to compensate for a delayed shipment without speaking to your provider.

Undeliverable shipments

If a package is returned as undeliverable — wrong address, no signature available, or refused — we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Medication that has left the pharmacy's control cannot be restocked, so a reship may require a new charge.
